Anyone know where I can buy a barbie cake from?

I want to get one for my sisters birthday but I want the one where the doll is actually stood in the middle of the cake and the cake acts as the gown. I have made it myself once but this time I want it professionally done as I'm not the best cake maker around (the cake looked pretty but I was the only person who ended up eating it). . Any suggestions of cake suppliers or bakers in the northwest area (maybe Blackburn, Bradford or Leeds)?
