Larry Flint the publisher of "Hustler" magazine is offering 1 million dollar rewards to people who will point out (and they must be able to prove their allegations) crooked politicans. He's gotten two so far and is working on another. Does he have the right to offer money to people who have provided information that can destroy a politicians life?
