Book recommendations???? please?!!! XD?

Try Night World by LJ Smith. They come in 3 novels in a book but are all basically the same. The first one, just a little peak, is about a girl who suddenly is diagnosed with cancer and her friend(she doesn't know he's a vampire) has to decide if his love for her is strong enough to break the Night World rules and save her life, or protect his family's secret.
