Does Anyone Have Constant Severe Congestion?

Does anyone else have CONSTANT SEVERE nasal congestion? Year round, daily, 24 hours! I've tried everything except shots! Had the allergy test and allergic to 99/100. Food, pollen, animals, you name it. Mainly congestion, no other symptoms except pressure. Cant sleep at night, too congested and miserable alot of days. I've only met one other person with this....she had nasal surgery performed to clear her nasal pages. She breathed clearly for 3 months and then it returned! HELP! Anyone????
