I am celebrating my 20th birthday in 2 weeks.?

I really have no idea which restaurant I should go to. Budget is around 40 ringgit per head, for around 14 people. Any ideas? Anywhere around KL city or PJ is okay. I would prefer places that are not too commercialized like Fridays or Chilli's. I need help, thanks.
