My 1yr old maltese vomited bile this morning & has been shivering for the past few hrs? Should i see the vet?

My 1 yr old maltese female vomited bile this morning, after seriously spasming. I fed her some soft food for lunch (chicken, oats and veggies). She has been quite alert and active all evening. For the past few hours she has been shivering. I fed her some more soft food for dinner and now she is constantly farting - real foul smell. Is something wrong with her? Should i see the vet?
