Need a Nice $80 or less AGP Graphics Card from a reliable store. ?

Anyone know where I can get a card like that? Oh and is it possible if my old card works but it's the slot that doesn't? Can I tell, I think it's my old card, it just finally died but then again could it be my AGP Slot?
