Must Chicken John re-suspend his campaign?

I'm sure it would be just as useful as the first suspension. Of course, he never really suspended his campaign anyway. His commercials kept running, his surrogates kept talking on TV, etc. I also like the way he declared victory on the bail out -- just before it was defeated. With leadership like this...
