Us studen visa non relative sponsor?

I have been working as a nanny for us family 2years on my J-1 exchange program visa. I am going back to Czech Republic in couple weeks and applying for F-1 for spring semester. They are going to be my sponsor for student visa, but they are not my relatives. Is there a chance to get it? What kind of doents do I need from them?
