hiya folks, me and my husband are christians and we live in japan, my husband wants to start his own business selling christian merchandise, because being in japan, "a buddhist shinto" country we find it VERY difficult to find christian stuff here, like books, or ornaments, or just lovely wee godly gifts etc,and there are a lot of missionaries here who might want to buy things? what i want to ask yous all is, what kind of mechandise is most wanted by christians? what would you like to buy? is there anything that is on demand from christians, like even decorative things to hang on the walls, like prayer wall hangings? etc??? please someone let me know what you think would be on demand, cos even though many folk in japan arent christian they still seem interested in these things, and we only know of one little store here and its too far to travel to, but folk seem to buy these things, so,,,,,,,any ideas and advice would be nice. thanks

I hear that police forces like if you work somewhere for an extended period of time (3-4 years), so should I do that plus college? Except i hear you shouldnt put all your eggs in one basket by going strictly for criminal justice...Or do you think getting married sooner and joining the military would be a better idea? How do you discipline a child who just doesn't care?

Ok, here's the deal. My child is pretty much well behaved MOST of the time. I don't have anything worthy of super nanny like yelling, fighting, kicking etc. His behavior is more of a manipulation mind game. I have constant power struggles with him. He doesn't listen at all. But they thing is half the time he is SO SNEAKY about it. For instance if I say it's time to go to get in his pj's and go to bed he might just go to bed in his clothes. Or the other day I was very sick and I told him he needed to get help with his homework from my friend that was over helping me with him and he didn't do it and instead wrote a bunch of gibberish on his homework sheet. And he will do things like pretend he can't read or write when he has been doing those things since preschool and now he is in the 1st grade. And when he does do something really bad, I can't seem to find a suitable punishment at all! You name it, I've tried it. Time-outs, taking away toys/privileges, behavior charts, rewards, grounding etc. Once we got to a point where we took away every single thing in his room including all his brand new birthday presents and even the curtains (we only left the bed sheets) and he still didn't care. He just sat in his room, content as can be. I can't think of a single punishment I haven't tried. HELP!

Can I put my 3 mice in my habitrail OVO cage?

I have three different habitrail OVO cages. I have two small ones (Pads there called) and one large one (The Loft) then lots of tubes. Are you stupid if you missed a whole page on a test?

My teacher told me that a kid in the last cl missed the back page and yet I still missed it. Mostly because I didnt get one question and I kept looking back at my microscope to see if I was right. Will I ever be able to trust my Lab/husky mix?

He is just a little over a year old. We almost always crate him when we leave the house. I hate it so much but if we leave him in the house just for even a half hour he finds stuff and ruins it. We tried to leave him for about 20 minutes about 2 months ago and he got ahold of a picture frame and tv remote and a sweat shirt I had laying on the couch. While this was happening my aunt took a photo of me with her mobile and wouldnt delete it when i told her to. I am having major issues with my marriage. Please help?

My husband and I have been together for 9 years (married for almost 3) and things just aren't working. They haven't been for a long time. He's sooo controlling for one thing. Lately he's been going out to play pool and despite his promises not to drink (because he knows he can't control himself enough just to have one or two), he comes home so drunk he gets loud and verbally abusive. These last two times I even feared for my safety cause he kept threatening me telling me when the kids go to bed he's gonna "Fu%k me up" or "bash my face in". He hasn't really aulted me yet but I'm afraid it only a matter of time. He also wouldn't stop using the F word to a point where my 2 year old daughter eventually repeated him saying Fu%k you TO ME!!! The next day he always says how sorry he is and how he knows I deserve better, but a week later he does it again. And the whole control thing has never changed or gotten any better. My mom wants me to bide my time and start learning my father's trade as a computer tester so I can have a way of getting a job so I can leave him and support myself. She gave me a cd to look at on my computer about the basics and my husband wouldn't stop pushing and asking what it was. I don't want to tip my hand and give him the advantage of knowing what I plan to do, but how do I do that when he's so relentless for an answer? Having your logo on the front of the image in an area slightly into part of it helps. That way they cant really crop it out without losing part of the picture. Then it will will be obvious if they illegally copy it. I make sure to give people a notice form in layman's terms about copyright laws. Most people are ignorant of the difference between a published print and the image itself. They think if they purchase a copy of it they bought the rights to make copies. Provide a notice explaining that, and the fact that it is a federal law ( it helps to provide the code #'s) good luck.

What may be causing my neck pain?

About a month ago, I had bronchitis that quickly turned into walking pneumonia. I am on the 3rd antibiotic in a month and I just don't feel right. Last week I went to the doctor and he took a chest x-ray that showed no infection in my chest, but my WBC count was up. That's when he prescribed me my 3rd antibiotic. For 6 days now, I have had swollen glands and a sore neck, especially when I put my head all the way back. There is always this dull ache though at the base of my head. I don't know why these doctors keep prescribing antibiotics, because I know whatever it is, it's viral. I just don't know what is causing this annoying pain in the neck. I haven't been running a fever or anything else. Does anyone have any ideas? I feel sluggish all the time and have felt that way since I was diagnosed with my bronchitis.

Well there is a girl that is always so quiet to me, let me rephrase that. We are both so quiet when we talk together. I thought it was because she hated me but I asked her that and she said no. So then I told her that I don't understand why we are so quiet when we talk together. She just smiled and giggled a little bit and said "yea." This woman probably tops most horrible mother in-laws. We live in a small town and she is a woman with a high education,great power,and pull. She is well off but she pretends to be the victim in every situation. Her other son is just as bad as she is, he is a drunk and talks crap about her all the time, he lies to get what he wants. I have these farberware plastic spoons that are flaking. I never noticed these up until I took a closer look while washing them. I just talked to the farberware company about this issue and she said that they don't use any materials that won't be safe to ingest. Truthfully, I didn't read all of this but I did finish the majority. I have a lot of the same problems and usually come off as weird when I first meet someone because I have problems expressing myself when I have so many complex thoughts running through my head. You can't judge the way to act with a girl because girl's are really hard to read and you have to know what they actually think. I think that you should write things down instead, like leaving little notes around that are artistic and articulate because that really gets us girls. We like to know that we can be muses and influence the artist in someone. Hopefully you've got good writing skills and can organize your thoughts in a way that will really pull at the heart-strings and make her think about you no matter how hard she tries to concentrate on something else.

I just wanted to check out a PTA meeting and while I was at the school her cl room was open while the janitor was cleaning so I went into her supply box to seee if everything was in tack such as sharpened pencils no broken cryons whatever NO BIGGIE just trying to be a good mom because I know she will not ask the teacher to sharpen her pencil or whatever. Well when I told her that I took the extra bottle of glue so she had more room in her box (mind you she had 2 bolltles of glue and 2 glue sticks) she was so upset and wanted me to cal or e ail her teacher to let him know what happened etc. We even went back to see if the school was still open to put the glue back and it wasnt. I had to convince her that mommy was just trying to help and that next time I will ask and to especialy reure her that the teacher would not be upset. (he is not a mean guy by al means) what do you think is going on here. She is quiet in cl does her work and gets gold stars. This is just one incident she is contantaly worrying. I have e mailed her teacher but did not get a response. I just wanna know how she is "really" doing in cl etc but did not hear from him. Was I wrong? I just so worried about her.
